DPF Mac Line 2100 Machine

This dpf particle cleaning machine is designed for hot medication and cleaning, especially in diesel vehicles, clogged diesel particle filter, catalytic converter and all filters.

It consists of two stages as hot and cold. Sufficient amount of medicine is added to the water, which is increased to 85 degrees Celsius in 20 minutes in the fluid reservoir with a resistance of 4500 Watt. The hot drug absorbed with the help of an engine is passed through the pipes and the particle filter, and at the same time, the impact of the particle filter as much as the water flow rate is applied. The medicated water coming out of the particle filter is delivered to the liquid reservoir through the filter. This process continues until cleaning is finished.

After the cleaning process, the water connected to the machine from the city network in order to be rinsed, passes through the same roads and empties into the cold water chamber and is thrown out of the machine from the discharge part of the chamber. Following these processes, a compressor drying process takes place on the machine to dry the micro pores in the particle filter.
